Once your order has been placed, our experienced design team will handcraft the products to your specifications.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. All of our items are custom made to order and will therefore require 4-8 weeks to process. Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification of shipment. We ship orders via United States Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. We do offer international shipping, please inquire for a shipping quote prior to purchase. The buyer is responsible for customs taxes associated with their country.
Regular orders require 4-8 weeks to process. If you need your order expedited there will be an additional charge. Expedited orders ship within 2 weeks. Please contact us before placing an expedited order as not all items will be available for this service.
At this time we accept online payments through Paypal or Google Checkout. Both of these accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Direct Transfers from your bank account for a safe and secure purchase. Please note that if you choose to pay with a check or money order, we will not begin processing your order until the payment has cleared.
All information that you provide to Sebastian Cruz Designs is kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will we share or sell this information to outside parties. All payments are processed on a secure server and your personal information is encrypted for ultimate security.
Occasionally an item we carry may become out of stock. If you purchase an item that is out of stock before we have the opportunity to remove it from the site, you will be notified promptly and have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business we can not accept returns. Please understand that our products are handmade and may be subject to slight imperfections, this is not a reason for exchange. It is also very important to ensure that you select the correct size for your little one or measure properly when using custom measurements, we can not be held responsible for a sizing mistake. We are confident that you will be pleased with your order from Sebastian Cruz Designs. In the event that an item arrives damaged, it may be exchanged for a replacement of the same product.
Instructions for returning an item for exchange: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note the damage and we will provide with return instructions. Items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached.
Once your order has been placed, it may not be cancelled.
